We are happy with Ferrazza. They are always available and very flexible; in the sense that they adapt to all our needs. Whether it’s a new plant, a revamp or even work on plants made by other companies, they are present and solve problems. (They do what needs to be done).
I have been with this company for ten years and, from that moment, I have work with Ferrazza. For me, working with a business such as Ferrazza means availability and finding solutions. I always find the answer to any question with them! (without the “bureaucracies” of other less flexible companies).
I have been working with Ferrazza for 18 years. They have an excellent quality/price ratio (this is the increasingly difficult thing to find). As a company, they are perfect for us. They are organized for medium-sized job orders. They are not too small (and therefore organized for work abroad) and they are not too large, so they are not bureaucratic and don’t have too many fixed costs. They are flexible and less expensive.
Another strength, in addition to quality/price, is flexibility in the sense that if you need a few more days to finish a job, they will do it and will organize work according to our needs. Ferrazza finishes the works, it doesn’t leave them pending or interrupt them. If there is a problem, they will take of us and give us assistance.
We have been working together with Ferrazza since 1997 and we have always been happy with them. Our collaboration started by chance, we entrusted them with some maintenance work for a customer we had in common, because our usual supplier did not have time. Thus, a long-lasting and absolutely satisfying relationship between us was born.
We get on very well with all the staff and, thanks to their professionalism, we do not need to constantly follow them in the different jobs, they are able to work independently.
Their strength is the full service they guarantee us: frameworks, wiring, software. A complete package.
Furthermore, we understand each other very easily. With each new project, they immediately “enter” the project and understand it on the fly.
The guys are all very professional.
The great advantage for us is that, working with them, we understand each other very well and we are able to work without going crazy with continuous problems. The quality of the product and the service is always high. If there is a problem, the company is always present and resolves it.
I know and have worked with Ferrazza for almost fifteen years. I have a good relationship with the company and I have never had big problems.
Their service is, surely, their strength in the sense that you will always find someone at Ferrazza. Whenever you have a requirement, someone will be there to assist you. Furthermore, the company and its staff are always technically up to date, prepared and competent even when using new technologies and solutions.
In fact, if the need to find specific or specific solutions arises, Ferrazza’s staff will find one.
For us, all of this is important. It means the security of getting a turnkey job and well done and, therefore, to be able to entrust them with a task “hands down”.
