Ferrazza Automazione Industriale is now officially an UL certified company!
As a company, Ferrazza began this journey in May 2023, achieving the certification the same year in September.
The UL 508-A certification is important for Ferrazza Automazione Industriale, since it is a symbol of quality for its US and Canadian customers, while it is a mark of a structured company for new customers that are thinking about reaching for Ferrazza.
A special thank you goes to all Ferrazza Employees that put all their efforts to help the company reach this precious milestone.
Ferrazza and the UL certification
As a system integrator and now UL certified company that is also specialised in industrial control panels, Ferrazza must comply certain regulations, sich as the EU regulations CEI EN 61439-1, CEI EN 60204 and now the American UL 508-A.
UL 508-A is a product regulation for Industrial Control Panels in the US and Canada. The regulation, starting from the basic NEC electrical safety regulations, gives instructions on how an industrial control panel should be designed. The regulation covers a series of safety parameters for electrical equipment, from room temperature to the degree of protecion, up to the safety accesses of electrical panels.
