Our organization

Ferrazza srl is composed of a group of specialized technicians with years of experience in the industrial automation sector. Before issuing an offer, we collaborate with the client in the study of the required application in order to verify the technical and functional needs of the project to be accomplished.

This first approach makes it possible to attain better and faster estimates, both with regards the installation and the positioning of machine-side electrical panels and industrial automation systems and for the implementation of application software on PLC, HMI and SCADA for the supervision and control of industrial processes.

Today, Ferrazza offers itself as a full-service company able to guarantee every detail, from design to installation and final testing of the applications and guarantees after-sales technical assistance and a continuity of service aimed at constant customer support.

Ferrazza is structured as follows:

GENERAL MANAGEMENT
The management department relies on an extremely cooperative, ethic and human relationship that Mr. Mauro Ferrazza has been able to build with his customers, suppliers and partners.
TECHNICAL AND DESIGN OFFICE
The technical and design office works on the new projects, studying the best solutions based upon the customer’s specifications. The office also designs and develops the electric diagrams for the industrial automation system, using programs such as EplanP8 and AutoCad.
R&D AND SOFTWARE APPLICATION OFFICE
This office works on application softwares to provide the customer with an optimised management and control program. The R&D Office takes also care of the systems for data acquisition and supervision (SCADA) and the connection to the customer’s management program, based upon the installed software.

PRODUCTION AND MACHINE-SIDE BOARDS DEPARTMENT
The Production Department assembles and wires the electrical panels, following the provided diagrams within the international safety and technical standards, to guarantee the high quality and reliability of the products from Ferrazza.
TEST ROOM, ASSISTANCE AND AFTER SALES DEPARTMENT
Every electrical panel is tested in our premises to make cycle times shorter once the panels are installed at the customer’s place.

Ferrazza relies on a very specialised team, always ready to directly help the customer even by remote assistance. Our company delivers the best assistance and maintenance during the sart-up and post sales period.
