Ferrazza srl is composed of a group of specialized technicians with years of experience in the industrial automation sector. Before issuing an offer, we collaborate with the client in the study of the required application in order to verify the technical and functional needs of the project to be accomplished.
This first approach makes it possible to attain better and faster estimates, both with regards the installation and the positioning of machine-side electrical panels and industrial automation systems and for the implementation of application software on PLC, HMI and SCADA for the supervision and control of industrial processes.
Today, Ferrazza offers proposes itself as a full-service company able to guarantee every detail, from design to installation and final testing of the applications and guarantees after-sales technical assistance and a continuity of service aimed at constant customer support.

TECHNICAL AND DESIGN OFFICE
This office deals with the development of the project after the acquisition of the order; it verifies the hardware specifications in order to adopt the best technical solutions.
It executes and produces the electrical diagrams of the industrial automation plant using the most used platforms in the market such as EplanP8 and AutoCad.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE APPLICATION OFFICE
The software office develops application software to allow a simple but extremely functional equipment management, thus simplifying understanding for the end user.
This office develops software programs to manage and control various automatic and process machines using software application for the PLCs of leading brands such as Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Omron etc.
The development of application software is associated with the development of more or less extensive networks for the remote I/O control and data exchange with other PLCs or industrial supervisors via field busses and networks such as Profibus , Profinet , CanBus , TCP / IP, etc.
This office develops and manufactures systems for data acquisition and plant supervision using software platforms required by customer specifications, such as WinCC, Movicon, RS view, etc.
PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT AND MACHINE-SIDE BOARDS
The production department deals with the engineering, assembly and wiring of electrical panels for industrial automation.
These activities are carried out in compliance with international standards and this ensures high reliability and quality of the supplied products.
An essential additional service is the hardware installation of the implemented applications.
This service has proved to be important for end users, who consequently have a single point of contact for electrical components.
Ferrazza is a company that is able to take care of every detail linked to the machine-side boards and is equipped to manage construction sites for an electrical installation.
TEST ROOM, ASSISTANCE AND AFTER SALES DEPARTMENT
All the electrical panels we produce are tested at our premises so that during the installation phase at the end customer, the testing times are carried out in the shortest possible time.
Ferrazza boasts a large team of specialized technicians who are always ready to intervene and guarantee maximum assistance and/or maintenance.
