What is SINACON?

SINACON (System Integrated Automation Control) is a SCADA system automation software that comes from the experience accumulated in the industrial automation field. It features an user friendly interface that allows for a rapid understanding of our product, thanks also to the Windows style graphics.

This product does everything that a SCADA automation software is supposed to do: it connects the machines on the production line with the management program and supervises the data from and to the installed devices (machines, PLCs, etc.). To optimise this purpose, SINACON features an extremely wide connectivity range, being able to work with communication drivers such as: Siemens PROFINET, Rockwell DEVICENET and all the main automation manufacturers. 

How does it improve my factory?

The system can also be equipped with the SCADA remote assistance program, using any channel of communication thanks to the Server/Client control.

SINACON by Ferrazza, following Industry 4.0 directives, can not only collect and export data, but it also keeps track of every production step ─ this allows for a constant quality on every product.

The data collected by SINACON are then archived on the management program and can be exported in any format (Excel, PDF, Word, etc.).
